1. General terms and conditions
The General Terms and Conditions apply between you, hereinafter "the Client" and the company Studio Bleu (Commercial Name: Mazarine, registered in France at the RCS of Paris under the number 814 113 650 00018, NAF code: 4771Z), hereinafter "Studio Bleu". The General Terms and Conditions apply to all uses of the Studio Bleu website, mazarine.paris, and to all orders placed on it. Studio Bleu cannot guarantee that all the products presented on the website are in stock or available for purchase and reserves the right to stop the sale of a product.
The Customer declares having the capacity to enter into this contract and therefore being over 18 years of age. The Customer must keep himself informed of any changes to the General Terms and Conditions, which Studio Bleu may modify at any time.
The General Terms and Conditions applicable to any order shall always be those in force at the time the order is placed. The website was created by Donald David.
2. Place an order
By using the website and/or ordering on the website, the Customer confirms that he has read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
The products in his shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other Customers as long as the Customer has not received a confirmation email for his order.
The confirmation email provides the Customer with an order number as well as details of the products ordered, payment information and delivery.
3. Sending an order
Studio Bleu cannot guarantee that all the products presented on the website are in stock at the time of the order.
If payment for an unavailable product is received, Studio Bleu will refund the Customer the amount of the purchase within 30 days.
4. Colors of the products
The products presented on the website are described as accurately as possible.
The colours of the products shown in the photos on the website may differ somewhat from their actual colours, depending on the characteristics of each computer.
Studio Bleu cannot be held responsible for such differences.
5. Prices, delivery and return costs
The prices displayed on the website include VAT except for customers who have indicated a delivery address outside the European Union.
If the country of delivery is not part of the European Union, customs duties will be charged to the recipient. Studio Bleu has no control over these charges which are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Delivery charges are established according to the geographical area of delivery and the amount of the purchase made by the Customer. They are as follows:
European Union :
Free deliveries.
Return costs are the Customer's responsibility.
French Overseas Departments and Territories andoutside the European Union :
Free delivery for all orders over 1500€.
Delivery costs of 60€ charged to the Customer for any order from 0€ to 300€.
Delivery costs of 80€ charged to the Customer for any order from 300€ to 600€.
Delivery costs of 100€ charged to the Customer for any order from 600€ to 900€.
Delivery costs of 120€ charged to the Customer for any order from 900€ to 1500€.
Return shipping costs charged to the Customer.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are in working days from the day following the order and are given as an indication. Delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by the availability of stocks or facts for which the carrier is responsible.
Delivery times are as follows:
Metropolitan France: 7 days
French Overseas Departments and Territories: 15 days
Europe: 10 days
Outside Europe: 20 days
The Customer undertakes to provide Studio Bleu with an address to which delivery can be made. The provision of nominative information (name, address, telephone, e-mail address) collected for the purposes of concluding the sales contract is compulsory. This information is essential for the processing and routing of orders and the preparation of invoices. In case of error in the provision of this information, Studio Bleu shall not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. In this case, the Customer shall remain responsible for payment.
In the event that an incomplete address is provided, making delivery impossible by the transport service provider, the Customer shall pay the delivery costs corresponding to the reshipment of his order.
If Studio Bleu is unable to deliver the Customer within 30 days, the Customer shall be entitled to cancel the purchase. The Customer's order shall be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer.
7. Withdrawal and Returns
Withdrawal
The Customer may cancel his purchase at any time or exchange his product(s) by sending an email to Studio Bleu within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to bonjour@mazarine.paris, indicating the order number. The item(s) must be returned in a condition that allows them to be re-sold by Studio Bleu (neither worn, worn out, modified, washed or damaged) and accompanied by all documents and accessories provided as well as a copy of the invoice or any other element allowing the order and the Customer to be identified. In the event that the returned item(s) are not suitable for sale, the Customer will not be reimbursed, but he may obtain a new return of the item(s) that he has returned to Studio Bleu at his own expense.
Reimbursement under the right of withdrawal
In the event that the Customer cancels his purchase in accordance with the provisions set out, Studio Bleu shall reimburse the amount paid within 30 working days from receipt of the return of the goods by bank transfer or re-credit to the bank card used for the purchase, after checking that the item and its packaging are in good condition.
Exchanges
Products purchased are exchangeable for another size in accordance with the conditions set out in this section. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. The cost of returning the product remains the responsibility of the Customer. Studio Bleu shall bear the shipping costs of the new product.
Products on sale are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
8. Terms of payment
Accepted means of payment are credit and debit cards, as well as the Paypal payment service.
Studio Bleu cannot be held responsible for any bank charges or penalties caused by the payment.
9. Notice of authorization to reproduce
The copyrights of all the elements provided in this site are the property of Studio Bleu. They may not be used for commercial purposes. They may not be modified or reproduced without the prior written permission of Studio Bleu.
10. Cookies
Studio Bleu reserves the right to collect data on the Customer through the use of cookies in order to improve the personalized service for the Internet user. By browsing the website, the Customer accepts the use of cookies.
11. Information on the website
Studio Bleu cannot guarantee that the content of the site does not contain any inaccuracies or errors concerning texts, images and prices. Studio Bleu may, at any time, modify the content of the site. In the event that certain errors emanate from activities provided by third party operators managing part of the website, Studio Bleu cannot be held responsible for them. Studio Bleu declines all responsibility in the event of damage caused by use of the site or by the impossibility of using the site.
12. Liability of Studio Bleu
Studio Bleu's commitments to the Customer are limited in each particular case to these General Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise provided by law. Under no circumstances may Studio Bleu be held liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in the event of force majeure as this notion is assessed by the jurisprudence of French courts. Studio Bleu's debts to the Customer may not exceed the total sum of its purchases for each order. In case of force majeure, Studio Bleu's obligations shall be suspended. In such situations, the existing contract between the Customer and Studio Bleu may be terminated, in whole or in part.
13. Applicable law
The present General Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris court, as a court of first instance. The appointed mediator of justice is the Association of Mediators of Justice, CM2C.
